Our homes are on Airbnb and Booking.com too, and we’re not shy about it. But the platforms charge you for the introduction, every single time. Once you know us, the introduction is done.

The real price
Platforms add a 12–18% guest service fee to the same dates. Here, the nightly rate plus one visible cleaning fee is the entire price.
A person, not a thread
Questions go to the Stayzia team managing the house via WhatsApp or phone, usually answered in minutes. No resolution centre, no scripts.
Flexibility platforms can't give
Early bag drop-off, late checkouts when the calendar allows, or a cot in the right room before you land. Direct guests get the human margin.
Better cancellation maths
Free until 30 days out and half back until 14. If we re-let your dates, we refund what we recover. Platforms keep their service fee either way.
