Cancellation Policy
This is the standard cancellation policy for direct bookings made with Stayzia. If a written booking confirmation states different terms, the written confirmation takes priority.
Standard refund windows
- Cancel 30 days or more before check-in: full refund of the accommodation amount paid.
- Cancel between 30 and 14 days before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation amount paid.
- Cancel less than 14 days before check-in: non-refundable.
Cleaning fees and deposits
Cleaning fees are refunded if the stay does not take place. A security deposit pre-authorisation is released or not taken if the stay does not take place.
Re-letting cancelled dates
If you cancel inside a non-refundable window, we will still try to re-let the dates. If we recover money from a replacement booking for the same dates, we will refund what we recover after any direct costs and price difference.
Date changes
Date changes are not automatic. If the property is available and we agree a change in writing, the new price may be higher or lower depending on season, length of stay and availability. Moving dates does not create a new cancellation window unless we agree that in writing.
How to cancel
Send cancellation requests to hello@stayzia.es. The cancellation time is when we receive the written request, using Marbella local time.
