Old Town lanes · Beachfront sand · Managed by us
Holiday Apartments in Marbella
Two apartments at two opposite ends of a Marbella holiday: Apartamento Azahar, on the first floor of a restored townhouse in the Old Town's pedestrian lanes, and Residencia Lumen, a beachfront ground floor in Elviria where the garden gate opens onto the promenade. Both are self-catering holiday rentals managed directly by Stayzia — booked direct, priced plainly, with a local team on WhatsApp throughout your stay.
Old Town or beachfront — the honest comparison
Apartamento Azahar is for travellers who want to live inside the postcard: orange trees, tapas counters, the evening paseo outside the window. The trade-offs are real and we list them — no lift to the first floor, no on-site parking (the public car park is six minutes away at roughly €20 a day), and summer restaurant noise until around midnight. In exchange the beach is an eight-minute walk and you'll use the car precisely never.
Residencia Lumen is the opposite proposition: sixty seconds from bed to sand on Elviria's wide eastern beaches, underground parking included, a communal pool in the gardens, and quiet nights. The catch is geography — Marbella's centre is a 12–15 minute drive, so it suits beach-first weeks with a hire car rather than restaurant-crawling city breaks.
What's included in an apartment stay
Both apartments come fully equipped rather than nominally equipped: real kitchens with ovens and dishwashers, washing machines, fast fibre Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, and hotel-grade linen and towels. Cleaning fees are €150–180 and security deposits €400, pre-authorised on a card at check-in rather than charged. Stays of a week or more include a mid-stay clean.
Like every Stayzia home, both are licensed Andalusian tourist accommodations with the VFT number displayed on the page, and both appear on the big platforms at higher all-in prices — the direct rate here is always the cheapest way to book the same nights.
